VenFira was founded by Ashok Nalwade, a technologist exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence, music, and human creativity through real-time systems.
Ashok Nalwade is a multidisciplinary professional with over 17 years of experience spanning DJing, music production, event management, technology consulting, and entrepreneurship. His career uniquely bridges the worlds of creative music culture and enterprise technology, enabling him to build products that are both artist-centric and technically robust.
Ashok is an experienced DJ who has performed at 700+ gigs across India, including clubs, private events, lounges, and large-format shows. His musical expertise lies primarily in Electronic Music, with a strong focus on Techno and Trance, where precision, energy flow, and seamless transitions define performance quality.
Years behind the decks have given him a deep, practical understanding of DJ workflows, live performance challenges, and the nuances of audience energy—insights that directly influence his product innovation in the DJ-tech space.
Ashok is also a music producer and the founder of Vimoksha Records, an independent record label that releases music from producers across India and international markets.
The label focuses on Techno and Trance music, supporting emerging and established artists by providing a platform for high-quality electronic releases. Through Vimoksha Records, Ashok actively contributes to the global electronic music ecosystem while nurturing talent-driven, independent artistry.
Prior to the pandemic, Ashok was actively involved in event management, organizing and executing music-led experiences. This background strengthened his understanding of production logistics, artist management, audience engagement, and commercial viability—skills that continue to shape his entrepreneurial decision-making.
Ashok is the founder of VenFira, a product-focused company building intelligent music and audio technologies, including AIRA (Artificial Intelligence Real-time Artist). His entrepreneurial journey is driven by a clear vision:
